Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning
Action Time USA has a great line of CLEAN GREEN NATURAL carpet cleaners!
The primary goal of most carpet cleaning professionals is to get carpet as clean and as dry as possible. Perhaps the biggest challenge to us is ‘wicking’ or recurring spots. ‘Wicking’ is when the cleaning technician thought they had effectively removed a spot, only to see, or more likely, receive a complaint that the spot worked its way back up the carpet fiber to once again regain its position at the top of the hill! What to do?
Another problem is the dullness or "ugliness" of traffic lanes. It is often said that carpet will “ugly out” long before it wears out although regular cleaning using hot water extraction, absorbent pad, foam or compound can be an effective remedy, encapsulation is a method of cleaning that utilizes advanced chemistry and can solve many of your cleaning challenges, especially for commercial carpet.
This is the era of cleaning innovation. Encapsulation carpet cleaning is growing in popularity. If you are not currently using it in your company or facility, give it some serious consideration.
Understanding Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning
For those not familiar with encapsulation carpet cleaning, here is a brief description:
Encapsulation chemicals have detergency just like the typical chemicals that you presently use. The main difference is in the crystal polymers found in encapsulation chemicals. The polymers in this detergent mixture are like the "second wave" in an army attack.
After the detergents have done their work (attacking, separating soils from fibers, etc) the crystallizing polymers surround or encapsulate the detergent in solution and the soils that are now suspended.
While the temperature is not as high for encapsulation cleaning, the agitation and chemical aspect of encapsulation cleaning is so effective that you'll never miss a beat with this method of cleaning.
